Rohit Pardasani

I am presently working as a Staff Data Scientist at GE Healthcare, Bangalore. In 2019, I completed my Masters from Department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. I did my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.

I have worked for 14 years in different domains of science, technology and education after completing my graduation in 2008. My experience spans software development, consultancy, entrepreneurship, education and data science. After finishing schooling from my hometown Chandigarh, my career has largely been driven by my unfeigned passion for Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics. During Masters I was mentored by Prof. Phaneendra K. Yalavarthy as GE Fellow.

I am working towards advancing application of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. My contemporary research focuses on Machine Learning and Deep Learning on Clinical Time Series Data and Medical Imaging Data.
